I usually fast during 16 hours , including 8 to 9 hours of a optimal sleep, of the 24 hours of a day and I usually workout 1 hour per day. I love a chill and relaxed lifestyle and simplicity in my attire.My allure extends far beyond the kitchen and the relaxed lifestyle.
