I’m 19, but sometimes I feel like I’m a little older on the inside. I love having fun, laughing, being spontaneous, and enjoying my youth, but at the same time, I’ve always been drawn to people I can talk to about more than just the weather or weekend plans.
I love discovering what’s hiding behind a first impression. Someone can seem incredibly serious at first, and then you discover they have an amazing sense of humor. Or the opposite — behind an easygoing personality, there can be a surprisingly deep and thoughtful person.
Are you usually good at reading people right away? Or have you ever been completely wrong about your first impression of someone?
I’m naturally curious, and I love asking questions. I want to know why people make certain choices, what they dream about, what they’re afraid of, and what makes them feel truly happy.
I’m attracted to men who have their own opinions, even when those opinions are different from mine. Sometimes a good debate over coffee can be much more interesting than agreeing about absolutely everything. 😉
Do you like a girl who can challenge your opinion sometimes? Or do you prefer someone who usually agrees with you?
I value intelligence, a good sense of humor, kindness, and quiet confidence. To me, a man who knows what he wants from life is much more attractive than someone who is simply trying hard to impress me.
But don’t mistake me for being too serious. I can suddenly decide I want to go somewhere new, laugh until my stomach hurts over something completely silly, or suggest trying something neither of us has ever done before.
What about you? Do you prefer planning everything in advance, or could you wake up one morning, say “Why not?” and go on a little adventure?
I suppose I’m a combination of a mature mind and a very young heart. There is still so much I don’t know about life, and I’m not embarrassed to admit that. Actually, I think one of the most exciting things about being young is realizing how much there is still to discover.
I’m not here looking for a perfect man. I’d rather meet someone who first catches my attention with an interesting conversation, then makes me look forward to his next message… and after that, we’ll see. Sometimes the best stories begin when you least expect them.
